The Salvation Army Overseas Child Sponsorship program understands that from time to time a donor may wish to get a refund from us.

The Salvation Army Overseas Child Sponsorship program adheres to the highest ethical standards and committing to honor donor intent guaranteeing that every donation will be deliver to the child (children) or Home(s) of your choice.

We have established a 10 days donation refund policy.

We want our donors to be satisfied with the overall experience of their involvement with our program and due to the nature of our operations, once a donation is sent to the home of the child it can’t be returned.
